Turbine engines operate in some of the harshest conditions on the planet. Despite surviving in such harsh conditions, they are remarkably delicate machines, so finely tuned for their purpose that seemingly minor incidents may cause significant damage. We understand this and that is why we have invested significant capital in our fleet of all air ride trucks and air ride trailers.
When your cargo is valued in the millions of dollars, you need to know that the person hauling your load, is wholly committed to delivering that cargo as if it were their own. Therefore, we provide internal transportation service; we want you to know your engines are in the best of hands!

Engine Disassembly
MD Turbines is recognized as the leading service provider for aircraft engine disassembly. We differentiate ourselves by treating each engine, module, and individual part with the utmost care.
Identification of Parts
After carefully disassembling all the parts of the engine, those parts are clearly tagged and thoroughly documented. A manifest is then created for every engine, which includes all the tagged parts, making it easier for our clients to quickly reference.
Packaging
Secure shipment is a top priority. MD Turbines securely packages each disassembled part to avoid any damage during the shipment process. Our team uses custom made certified heat-treated boxes fabricated at our facility. Each crate is then clearly labeled with dimensions, weight, and box number. Additionally, for our client’s convenience, we can ship anywhere in the world.
